She also pursued certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and contributed to system improvement by auditing referral processes between primary care units and governmental hospitals in Kerdasa district. After moving to Canada, Aya completed the HARP program in Ontario in December 2025 and is currently working as a dental assistant while preparing for her dental equivalency process. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
